Vineyardview Bed & Breakfast is located adjacent to an award-winning Winery. We grow Pinot Gris grapes, vegetables and fruits. We strive to source most of our food from our own gardens and from area producers. We are located out in the country, yet just a five-minute drive to Hood River.

Breakfast includes gourmet coffee & tea, fresh scones or proscuitto parmesan frittata are seasonal breakfast specialties.
Enjoy a walk through our Vineyard or bring your bike to cycle along the road by our bed and breakfast where you can enjoy the quiet and a view of Mount Adams.
Free wifi is available, whether you have come to relax to read a book in print or online or to work in an inspired space.

A yummy shrimp Omelette! We had a very pleasant and refreshing stop at Vineyard View B&B. David was gracious and hospitable - and shared a very lively conversation and a very nice bottle of wine with us as we sat overlooking his own vineyard. He served us wonderful coffee, a yummy shrimp Omelette, and some of the sweetest organic pears we've tasted, for breakfast. A great experience - especially considering we called him at the last minute!
Comfortable room, great host: After a long day around the Columbia river gorge, we had a relaxing stay. David is a great host. He suggested a great restaurant (Solstice) for us to eat dinner. His bed and breakfast is amidst a nice vineyard. There is beautiful view of Mt. Hood and Mt. Adams on either side of the house. The house is comfortable. David takes good care of your needs and treats you like a friend. My kids enjoyed picking blackberries right outside his house.
Great place to bring hiking buddies and Welsh friends: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at vineyard view. The rooms were clean and the breakfast excellent. Dave, the owner is a charming wealth of local knowledge and gave us many tips on where to go in the area. This was my second visit and I would stay again! Beautiful locale near Columbia Gorge!

"Phenomenal: We are not usually a fan of the Bed & Breakfast concept but we had a wedding we were attending in the Hood River area and we decided to give it a try. We are SO happy that we did. Dave & Soma provide you with excellent accommodations and grounds that overlook their own personal vineyard as well as offering a breathtaking view of Mt. Adams. Stay in the Honeymoon suite as it offers you a private bath as well as a free-standing spa. Every breakfast was delicious and prepared to your liking. Centrally located to everything including some great wineries, you'd really can't help but feel like you're at home staying at this B&B!"

"Lovely, quiet, amazing breakfast, perfect!:I travel solo for business and like having a lovely and safe place to return to each time I'm in a particular area. It helps when I can establish a rapport with the owners so I look forward to a warm and homey environment rather than an ordinary hotel setting. The Vineyard View has it all! The place is spotless, quiet, has lovely rooms and common space, and a 5 star plus breakfast. Be sure and ask for David's fresh blueberry pancakes. My stay could not have been better and I'm looking forward to my next visit!"

Wineries Tour
The Columbia Gorge is Wine Tasting Central and features award wining wine and over 30 wineries open for tasting. Guests can enjoy Award wining wine tasting within walking distance right next door at the Cathedral Ridge Winery and Marchesi Vineyards is just a mile away.
Get Physical
Hike at Horsetail Falls, rent a bike and cycle through the Twin Tunnels between Hood River and Mosier, lessons available for water sports from kite boarding, windsurfing, wind foiling and paddle boarding to zipping up to Ski Hood or Timberline for a day on the slopes.
Leisure Activities
Enjoy a scenic tour by train by Mount Hood Railroad or visit the Hood River Western Antique Aeroplane & Automobile Museum or the Discovery Museum heading towards the Dalles.
